Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place the order from anywhere, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
Q. Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
A. We send at least 3-4 emails during the order process (order confirmation, fulfilment notice, shipping notice) so please make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order, it's easy to slip up! Please contact us if nothing has arrived within 24 hours and we'll get this fixed up!

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days, as soon as your order has been processed and packed up. You may also visit our Order Status page to get live updates on your order status. Any questions or concerns please let us know!

Q. What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
A. Not an issue. Just email us the correct address and order number within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped we cannot change address, so please be careful when entering your details :)

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept all major forms of payment including Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. Absolutely! Rest assured that all purchases here are safe and secure, and backed by our incredibly generous unlimited refund policy!

Q. Can I really get shipping FREE?
A. Yes, shipping is free Worldwide if you are one of the first 25 orders daily. So hurry!

Q. Where do you ship from?
A. It's a global economy these days and we ship from our partnered factories and designers located across the world - wherever happens to be the most cost effective location to manufacture at highest quality. So please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as items may not come from the same manufacturer.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. Due to our global distribution network, and periods of high demand on some products, it can take up to 10-20 business days for orders to arrive. Most of the time our products will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control! However you will receive a tracking number for peace of mind, and rest assured we will be with you all the way until you receive your order, and are satisfied! You can track your order here

Q. How long will shipping take during the Chinese New Year?
A. It can take approximately 1-3 weeks longer than usual to receive your order if it's coming from China during this period (the dates change each year, but fall from end of January through to end of February), dependant on the suppliers vacation time. However we will do our utmost to chase orders with the relevant supplier.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. No! We take your privacy very seriously, we do not sell or give away your information to anyone. Because we don't like our information given away. Emails are to tell you how much you mean to us, make sure you are happy, and to send you occasional thank you bonuses :)

Q. Will I have to pay customs?
A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it's dependent on where are you located and if you order more than one item.
Q. How do I use a promotional code?
A. On the right side of the checkout page there's a box to enter your code, under the order summary.

Q. How long will it take to respond to my query?
A. Usually no more than a couple hours. If it's a busy holiday period it may be a little longer, but we'll get back to you within 24 hours!
